Meet the Caregivers Who Rarely Get Seen
For over three decades, artist and creative aging specialist Patricia Dubroof has worked alongside caregivers — family members, certified nursing aides, the quiet backbone of our communities. In "Who Cares?" she paints them from memory, capturing the character, warmth, and resilience of people we too often overlook. "I let my heart and paint brush take over," Dubroof says. "Each portrait explores the character of the caregiver."
If you can't make this event, the exhibition runs through November 3, 2026. RRUUC is open Tuesday – Thursday: 9am – 2pm and Sunday for worship at 10am.
