Know Your Options: Memory Changes and Brain Health

presented by Northwest Neighbors Village.  Registration is required, please register here.

Memory changes and brain health are among the most common concerns people raise as they age.

In this program, Dr. Jesse Brand will explore the science of memory, dementia, and cognitive wellness, offering insight and practical guidance for attendees. The program begins with a review of how the brain learns and retains information, and some ways to improve memory on a daily basis.

Dr. Brand will then describe the difference between normal memory changes and patterns that may warrant further evaluation. The majority of the program will be devoted to the most current, research-based approaches to maintaining brain health and reducing the risk of dementia.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of memory and practical, evidence-based tools to support long-term cognitive vitality.

Speaker: Jesse G. Brand, Ph.D., ABPP
