PCV Summer Luau and Part Pot-Luck Dinner Party

PCV will provide BBQ chicken and beverages, attendees will provide all the "fixins" - salads, side dishes, desserts, fruit, as we gather for a summer pot luck with other members and active volunteers.   

•  If your last name begins with the letters A-M, please bring a side dish or a salad, with enough servings for 8.  
• If your last name begins with the letters N - Z, please bring a dessert or fruit, enough servings for 8. 

When you register, please tell us what you are bringing in the comments section, so we can make sure we have enough in each category - salads, side dishes, desserts and fruit.  

 

Registration is required, by Sunday, July 5, 5 pm. 
 
Please wear bright colors, and be ready to think Hawaii!

PCV members who expect to need a ride to get to this event should indicate that when they register, making sure they set the Ride Text Field to "Need a ride".   If you are able to offer a ride, please also indicate that.  
 
About donations: While there is no requirement to pay or to make a donation to come to our annual Summer Pot Luck, PCV will be very pleased to accept donations, to enable us to continue to offer a wide variety of programs, and be able to offer membership without regard to ability to pay.
