A party just for members and volunteers, eating ice cream and other goodies, and celebrating the summer with friends and new acquaintances.

 

We'll have a "build your own sundae" bar, other goodies, and, of course, good conversation!

 

We'll be at a member's private Potomac home, south of Tuckerman Lane, just east of Falls Road. The address will be sent when you register. 

Registration in advance required, we must hear from you by Monday, August 3, 5 pm.

A note about parking:  our host lives on a circle in a cul-de-sac, so there is limited parking directly in front of her house.  If you are driving someone who is unable to walk from where you would park, please drop them off at the house and then park the car.  Additional details about parking will be in the confirmation and reminder notices.   

Please tell us if you can help with shopping for ice cream, paper goods, or with set up / clean up in the Comments section when you register.

Members who expect to need a ride to get to this event should indicate that when they register, making sure they set the Ride Text Field to "Need a ride".   If you are able to offer a ride, please also indicate that.
