What the Constitution Means to Me, a play presented by the Potomac Players

What the Constitution Means to Me, by Heidi Schrek, is directed by Robyn Cohen as part of the flagship season of the Potomac Players.

Admission is free and no advance registration is required.  The performance stars Sharon Eldridge, Darien Rothchild, Katie Ganem and Robyn Cohen.

A hilarious, moving, deeply personal, and wildly timely Pulitzer Prize finalist and Tony-nominated play that examines the U.S. Constitution through the lens of memory, debate, history, womanhood, and the ever-evolving American experiment itself.

At once intimate, funny, heartbreaking, and galvanizing, What the Constitution Means to Me invites audiences into a living conversation about who we are, where we’ve been, and what kind of future we hope to create together.

The play had a successful run on Broadway in 2019, and was presented locally at the Round House Theater in January 2025.

✨ Come for an unforgettable afternoon of theatre, conversation, community, and connection as the Potomac Players continue launching their flagship season. ✨
