PCV Solo-Agers Group: A Lunch Get-Together, and a book swap 

Another opportunity for PCV's Solo-Agers to get together for lunch, this month at El Mariachi, in Rockville, for Mexican and South American cuisine.  .  

Make some meal time memories: register, using the red Register Box above. Indulge in one of the restaurant's specials, laugh and connect with fellow members. Perhaps order and savor a glass of wine, or one of their special desserts. Here's a look at their menu. 

Attendees are asked to bring cash, to make the check out process go more smoothly. 

For the book swap, we want to keep inspiring our members to keep turning pages as we start off the new year. Bring a book, take a book, January is a great month for you to curl up in a cozy place and catch up on your reading of new and used books.  Or, you can choose to lend a book (write name and phone number inside).  We encourage members to take the opportunity to talk about the book they brought to the exchange.

Please note:  Solo-Agers is a member-only group. There is no requirement that you live alone to join with our Solo-Agers Group, just that you don’t have a partner.   You are a solo-ager if you don't have a spouse or partner, even if you live in the same house as a son, daughter or other relative. Please come this month even if you haven't come to any of our previous Solo-Agers Group events. 

Non-members are welcome to come once to meet some members, see if PCV could be a good fit for you. 
 
Registration is required, and space is limited.  Please register no later than Sunday, January 11, at 1 pm, so we know how many to expect.  

Attendees pay for their own food and beverages.

If you need a ride to come, please indicate that you need a ride when you register for this event by setting the ride field to "need a ride".   Everyone, if you can offer a ride, please indicate that as well.
