An Easy Walk Through the Woods with a Master Naturalist, at Locust Grove Nature Center
A new program for age 55+ at Locust Grove Nature Center that meets once a month on second Thursdays. It’s led by Master Naturalist Joe Hage, offering an easy walk through the woods.
Along the way, we’ll look for wildlife, wildflowers, and anything else of interest as the park transitions into autumn. This program is intended for participants 55+ but friends and family of all ages are welcome. Please register every member of your group in advance. Walk takes place on natural surface trails. Rain cancels the program.
